Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)
Salary: $65,000 – $72,000

What you will do
- Design, plan, and execute research studies, program evaluations, and assessment activities aligned with organizational priorities.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate actionable findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with research standards and ethical guidelines.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure research activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Contribute to grant proposals, technical reports, and publications.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in research, public health, sociology, psychology, or EHS with 3+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant research experience.
- Familiarity with applied research and evaluation methods.
- Experience using statistical and/or qualitative analysis software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits).
