What you will do

• Lead the installation of manufacturing equipment including trim booths, mills, and lathes.
• Manage facility utilities, maintenance programs, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee front office operations, janitorial services, and facility security protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property management and landlord inspections.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous waste disposal and safety regulations.
• Coordinate IT-related facility infrastructure requirements with internal and external teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or building operations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors, vendors, and diverse personnel.
• Familiarity with commercial permitting, utility installations, and building codes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced composites manufacturing.
• Background in hazardous waste handling and e-waste disposal.
