What you will do

• Supervise superintendents and employees, handling hiring, performance management, and training.
• Administer the company safety program, including performing safety audits.
• Plan and prioritize elevator installations and manpower needs using project management software.
• Analyze accounting reports to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and architects.
• Review and sign off on bids, change orders, and purchase orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or extensive industry and management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report.
• Thorough knowledge of the elevator industry and general management methods.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and mathematical diagrams.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chicago, IL / Downers Grove, IL.
