What you will do

  • Lead onboarding and training programs for facility managers and technicians.
  • Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety training, preventive maintenance, and management agreements.
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify service gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage communications and deadline tracking across integrated facility management teams.
  • Partner with service line leaders to conduct audits and provide performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of commercial property or facility management experience.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, variance analysis, and contract review.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience managing, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CMMS or work order management systems.
