What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage AI assistants, prompts, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, and Monday.com.
• Establish quality assurance, governance, and operational standards for AI workflows.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to drive adoption of automation tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business operations, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, OpenAI, or Claude.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations.
• Must be based in the Austin, TX metro area for hybrid work.
• Strong documentation and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and operational analytics.
• Experience in SaaS or ehirify.global organizations.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and Google Workspace.
