What you will do

• Collaborate with senior team members to assess business workflows and identify AI improvement opportunities.
• Build and iterate on AI automations, prompt-based tools, and lightweight applications based on feedback.
• Conduct coaching sessions to help business team members get comfortable with AI tools through practice.
• Maintain clear documentation for developed AI tools and workflows.
• Test AI tools for gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases before user deployment.
• Research emerging AI platforms and summarize their relevance to the company's business context.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional or project-based experience (including internships or coursework).
• Practical experience applying AI tools in daily work beyond basic question-and-answer use.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical processes to non-technical users.
• Organized and reliable performance in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI APIs and automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, Claude Code, or Gemini Enterprise.
• Background in coding or scripting.
• Experience providing technology training or peer tutoring to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, or Salesforce.
