AI Solutions Architect (AI/Automation): Leading the adoption of AI and automation for the company and its clients with an accent on discovery, roadmap design, and solution architecture. Focus on translating complex business problems into high-impact data pipelines and AI-driven workflows while owning the delivery process from assessment to implementation.

Location: Hybrid in Lakewood, New Jersey preferred; remote considered for the right candidate within the US.

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 DOE.

What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive AI readiness assessments to identify high-value automation opportunities across client workflows.
• Develop and present 30/60/90-day AI and automation roadmaps for client approval.
• Architect solution designs and data pipelines, overseeing the project through to successful delivery by engineering teams.
• Lead client enablement and training to increase organizational AI maturity.
• Drive internal AI initiatives by structuring and optimizing the company's own data and workflows.
• Define standards and best practices for AI delivery across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven track record in architecture or consulting, specifically scoping and designing data, automation, or AI solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of AI models, tools, and patterns with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience working in multi-client environments such as MSPs or SaaS companies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
• Must be based in the US or able to work within US time zones.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the modern AI toolchain including Claude, LLM platforms, n8n, and Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of data structures, pipelines, and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
