What you will do

• Analyze existing business workflows to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Build and maintain scalable automation systems using Zapier, Make, n8n, and Power Automate.
• Integrate AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini via APIs into internal business processes.
• Connect various platforms using webhooks and third-party integrations to ensure reliable data flow.
• Monitor and optimize automation performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and SOPs for all automation logic and APIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and available during U.S. business hours.
• Proven experience in workflow automation, operations automation, and AI integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, automation logic, and data structures.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or backend scripting.
• Familiarity with databases and tools like Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets.
