Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive value.
• Guide customers through architecture designs for SaaS integration, API, SSO, and security.
• Manage onboarding and implementation for highly technical enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into new product solutions.
• Act as an internal advocate for customer needs and feature requests across product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or AI-related fields.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis.
• Prior experience leading LLM projects.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
