What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions from problem definition and prompt design to production deployment and iteration.
• Build and manage GTM workflow automations and integrations, including Slackbots, to reduce manual work across internal systems.
• Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engineering stakeholders to identify and validate high-value AI use cases.
• Develop reliable, auditable, and improvable prompt management practices, treating prompts as production code.
• Collaborate with Data Platform and Systems teams to identify and resolve foundational tooling gaps.
• Share reusable AI workflow patterns and tool findings with the broader engineering team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or applied AI.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering and output validation in live environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Raleigh, NC following a hybrid model.
• Strong track record of shipping production systems.
• Ability to work directly with non-technical business stakeholders to define problems and drive adoption.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GTM systems and workflows, with Salesforce experience being a strong plus.
• Experience building Slackbots or other GTM-integrated tooling.
• Prior experience contributing to shared prompt libraries or AI pattern documentation.
• Ability to quantify the business impact of AI solutions via efficiency or revenue metrics.
