Staff Product Designer (AI)

Salary: $145,000–$200,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Translate product strategy and complex challenges into well-defined product initiatives with engineers, designers, and leadership.
• Own high-quality product designs, interactions, and prototypes from ideation through launch.
• Use AI design tools and workflows to explore and validate ideas, features, and interactions.
• Contribute to a cohesive and scalable design system across the product.
• Conduct user research and use insights to guide design decisions.
• Uphold a high design quality bar through thoughtful collaboration and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with engineering, design, and product teams.
• Outstanding portfolio with case studies demonstrating shipped work, typography, interaction design, visual design, and idea generation.
• Ability to simplify complex challenges into intuitive user experiences.
• Ability to move between detailed design work and big-picture product thinking while maintaining a high execution and quality bar.
• Understanding of design systems and their evolution.
• Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills, plus a learning and growth mindset.
