Senior Product Designer (Healthtech)

What you will do

• Lead complex 0-to-1 design projects and create scalable frameworks and systems that support product growth.
• Define requirements, prioritise impactful workstreams, and design user-centred features, end-to-end flows, and experiments.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and mock-ups using Figma, advanced prototyping tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Develop interaction models, motion principles, and visual systems that scale across teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, medical, legal, and content disciplines.
• Mentor designers and non-designers while advocating for accessible, inclusive, ethical, and emotionally intelligent design.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications.
• Portfolio demonstrating systemic design, advanced prototyping, micro-interactions, and measurable product impact.
• Experience creating scalable frameworks, contributing to design systems, and developing interaction models.
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools such as Protopie.
• Experience with motion and animation tools such as Lottie, Rive, or After Effects.
• Experience using AI and LLM tools for design exploration and concept validation, plus strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing gamified or behaviour-change-driven experiences.
• Experience in health tech or regulated industries.
