What you will do

• Lead complex 0→1 design projects, creating scalable frameworks and systems to support growth.
• Design end-to-end flows and experiments aimed at improving user engagement and retention.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and mock-ups using Figma and advanced tools like Protopie.
• Develop interaction models, motion principles, and visual systems that scale across teams.
• Mentor peers and junior designers to raise the team's overall design craft and standards.
• Integrate AI/LLM tools into the daily design workflow to streamline concept validation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications.
• Expertise in systemic design, advanced prototyping, and micro-interactions.
• Proficiency in Figma, Protopie, and motion tools such as Lottie, Rive, or After Effects.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, Vercel) to accelerate design exploration.
• Proven track record of designing gamified or behavior-change-driven experiences.
• Hybrid work model: Must be able to spend 3 days per week in the office.
