What you will do

• Design and build new product experiences across the hiring workflow from initial sketch to final pixels.
• Create interfaces that make AI agents feel transparent, trustworthy, and integrated like a coworker.
• Develop fast prototypes in Figma or code to validate product ideas quickly.
• Set the craft bar for the product, focusing on motion, density, and hierarchy.
• Own and ship meaningful product areas end-to-end, from problem definition to rollout.

Requirements

• Experience shipping beautiful, complex products in fast-moving software environments.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping, comfortable using Figma and/or code.
• Strong product judgment and a distinct point of view on product quality.
• Obsession with pixels, motion, and the fine details of user interaction.
• Ability to handle ownership and ambiguity while working closely with engineering and customers.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.

Nice to have

• Experience with rich, interactive frontends and complex interaction problems.
• Knowledge of design systems or real-time collaboration tools.
• Experience with AI-native interfaces, including agent interactions and streaming states.
• A portfolio showcasing a deep obsession with craft.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments with high iteration speed.
