Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the look and feel of new product experiences across the hiring workflow, from initial sketches to final pixels.
• Design transparent, trustworthy interfaces for AI agents and conversational workflows.
• Create fast, high-fidelity prototypes to validate or reject product ideas before development.
• Own meaningful product areas end-to-end, from problem definition through rollout, in close partnership with engineering.
• Define how AI products look, feel, and behave in real customer workflows.
• Raise the bar for motion, density, hierarchy, craft, and product judgment.

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping complex products in fast-moving software environments.
• Deep expertise in product design, including interaction design, visual craft, and systems thinking.
• Experience designing rich, interactive, information-dense interfaces.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong craft and the reasoning behind design decisions.
• Ability to work with ownership and ambiguity alongside engineering, product, and customers.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid role based in London.

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems, real-time collaboration, or other complex interaction problems.
• Experience designing AI-native interfaces, including agent interactions, streaming states, loading states, and conversational transitions.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments with high iteration speed and ownership.
