Salary: $164,000 - $294,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Contribute to product strategy and decision-making
- Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research
- Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements
- Participate in design critiques, mentor peers, and share best practices
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from the United States
- 3+ years of experience designing UX and UI for complex software products
- Strong visual design skills including composition, typography, and layout
- Fluency in interaction design and prototyping
- Ability to drive design processes independently balancing user, technical, and business needs
- Experience with AI and emerging tools for creativity and collaboration
Nice to have
- Familiarity with web technologies like HTML/CSS and prototyping tools
- Design/development hybrid background or experience building websites/apps
- Experience with canvas-based interfaces or design systems
