Early Career Product Designer (2027)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY; full-time role based in one of these hubs with hybrid flexibility. In-person onboarding is required.

Annual base salary: $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Own product design from ideation through execution for impactful features that ship quickly.
• Collaborate with product, research, marketing, engineering, and other functions to identify user and business needs.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Work with Engineering to support high-quality implementation.
• Contribute to hiring, mentoring, design culture, and team processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in visual design and/or interaction design.
• Experience shipping projects with strong product strategy and visual design.
• Ability to express ideas through prototyping and code.
• Interest in design tools and design systems.
• Ability to develop novel, simple solutions.

Nice to have

• Interest or aptitude in systems thinking and information architecture.
• Knowledge of the building blocks of a design tool or similar creative tools.
