Technical Recruiter & HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition/HRBP): Own full-cycle recruiting and HR business partnership for the Technology & Innovation practice, with an accent on building talent pipelines across Singapore and Malaysia and partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and move quickly on strong candidates. Focus on employee lifecycle support (performance, development, engagement, onboarding) while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.

What you will do
- Run full-cycle recruitment for Technology roles (from Graduate Analysts to experienced engineers and consultants).
- Build and manage talent pipelines across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate quality, and accelerate hiring decisions.
- Source proactively via LinkedIn, referrals, professional communities, and networking.
- Act as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders in the Technology & Innovation practice (employee relations, performance management, development, and people management coaching).
- Lead onboarding and integration, support compensation/promotion processes, and ensure compliance with local employment legislation across Singapore and Malaysia.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience recruiting in the technology space and understanding what strong technical talent looks like.
- Familiarity with employee engagement, performance management, and talent review processes.
- Experience supporting geographically distributed or remote teams.
- Regional hiring experience in Singapore and Malaysia (market knowledge, compensation landscape, and local nuances).
- Ability to support Technology/Engineering/Data/AI-ML/SAP/UKG/Professional Services teams (credible conversations about the work).
