What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruitment for Technology roles (from Graduate Analysts to experienced engineers and consultants).
• Build and manage talent pipelines across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate quality, and accelerate hiring decisions.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn, referrals, professional communities, and networking.
• Act as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders in the Technology & Innovation practice (employee relations, performance management, development, and people management coaching).
• Lead onboarding and integration, support compensation/promotion processes, and ensure compliance with local employment legislation across Singapore and Malaysia.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience recruiting in the technology space and understanding what strong technical talent looks like.
• Familiarity with employee engagement, performance management, and talent review processes.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed or remote teams.
• Regional hiring experience in Singapore and Malaysia (market knowledge, compensation landscape, and local nuances).
• Ability to support Technology/Engineering/Data/AI-ML/SAP/UKG/Professional Services teams (credible conversations about the work).
