What you will do
- Partner with managers on team health, performance conversations, feedback, and role clarity.
- Own core People Ops across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and audits (primarily in Rippling).
- Maintain People systems and data integrity across Rippling, Ashby, and Notion to keep reporting trustworthy.
- Run people rhythms including performance cycles, engagement surveys, calibration prep, and feedback loops.
- Support hiring end-to-end with hiring managers, including job descriptions, scorecards, interview logistics, and candidate experience.
- Improve onboarding and employee programs as the company scales across the US, Israel, and Europe; partner with COO and Finance on headcount, compensation, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of People Partner / HRBP or People Ops experience, ideally in high-growth startups.
- Strong operational instincts with the ability to build structure where none exists.
- Confidence coaching managers through feedback, alignment, and performance conversations.
- Hands-on experience with People systems (Rippling, Ashby, CultureAmp) or ability to pick them up quickly.
- Exceptional communication and sound judgment; trusted with sensitive information.
- Working knowledge of US employment practices and exposure to international (Israel / EU) employment norms.
Nice to have
- Prior startup or scale-up experience.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking or people analytics experience.
