What you will do

  • Lead and develop the global People function, including Operations, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll.
  • Drive the evolution of People technology, automation, and AI-enabled processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting workforce planning and organizational growth.
  • Own the global performance, talent management, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Champion company values and culture to strengthen employee engagement and belonging.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or People Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading global People and Talent Acquisition functions across multiple geographies.
  • Proven track record of scaling People functions in a high-growth technology or SaaS organization.
  • Experience partnering with executives on complex HR matters and board reporting.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary people practices, employee relations, and international employment legislation.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams across North America, Australia, and Europe.
