What you will do

• Own the end-to-end global HR function, including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, engagement, L&D, payroll, and operations.
• Lead critical hiring for technical, commercial, and corporate roles globally, ensuring quality and speed.
• Partner with founders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Build and operate practical performance management and feedback frameworks.
• Oversee global payroll, compensation, benefits, and employment compliance across multiple countries and EORs.
• Mentor and scale a high-ownership HR team to support business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HR in a fast-growing, international organization.
• Strong hands-on ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries using local entities and third-party employment structures.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong business acumen and judgment for making pragmatic decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Must be based in the United States
