What you will do
- Build and deepen relationships with key account stakeholders through proactive engagement and strategic reviews.
- Drive new business acquisition in industrial automation, motion control, and power transmission segments.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while maintaining accurate account forecasts.
- Generate a qualified pipeline through direct prospecting, channel partner activation, and trade shows.
- Partner with product management and engineering to translate technical specifications into business value.
- Apply Business System (RBS) tools to drive operational excellence in the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering required.
- 7+ years of sales experience in key account management and business development within industrial automation or electromechanical components.
- Proven track record in both growing existing accounts and closing new business.
- Strong knowledge of relevant end markets such as material handling, data centers, or mining.
- Experience selling through a hybrid direct-OEM and distributor model.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management.
