What you will do

  • Own and drive full-cycle sales processes across a high-volume pipeline from lead to close.
  • Prospect and build relationships with shop owners and regional decision-makers within small chains.
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify operational workflows and business challenges.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations connecting platform value to real-world shop outcomes.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting accurately using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in Enterprise SaaS, ideally in vertical software or auto aftermarket.
  • Proven experience selling to small business owners or operators.
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills focused on practical business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and forecasting.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Deep knowledge of the independent automotive repair industry or shop management solutions.
  • Experience working with franchisees or small chains.
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
