What you will do
- Identify and close new business opportunities within a defined list of target enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Strategic Account Plans to maximize growth and address unique client business drivers.
- Spearhead relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to position the company as a trusted advisor.
- Lead cross-functional selling teams using a RACI model to ensure coordinated account pursuit and project delivery.
- Manage the full sales cycle for initial projects, ensuring a smooth transition to the National Enterprise Account Team (NEAT) for long-term management.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, monitor performance metrics, and maintain accurate account data.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in hunting new business and client acquisition.
- Proven track record of building networks and fostering relationships with C-level decision-makers.
- Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to understand complex business strategies.
- Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and strategic account penetration.
- Ability to travel 40%+ nationally.
- Must be based in Atlanta, GA, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
