TL;DR

Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair (Service/Repair): Securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work while developing relationships with new and existing customers with an accent on exceeding sales goals, managing service contract renewals, and coordinating repair proposal and change-order processes. Focus on building territory relationships, estimating repair and service contract bids, and using CRM to manage the sales pipeline.

What you will do

  • Exceed sales goals and quotas by driving service and repair growth and reducing cancellations using company tools.
  • Manage service accounts by visiting Tier 1–3 customers in the assigned territory and building relationships with customer groups (including BOMA).
  • Develop capital plans and create repair job proposals by estimating labor and job costs and coordinating supplier pricing when needed.
  • Prepare and bid service contracts, respond to questions on quoted repairs/contracts, and follow up through proposal acceptance.
  • Monitor contract status by visiting job sites, resolving issues, and coordinating submittal packages and change orders through approvals.
  • Use CRM to update and manage the sales pipeline and support A/R collection for prompt customer payment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and nurture customer and cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural/blueprint/drawings (preferred).

Nice to have

  • Salesforce experience.
  • Experience with interpreting architectural and/or blueprint/drawings.
