What you will do

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product metrics.
• Lead cross-functional squads including data, design, engineering, and clinical experts.
• Use AI as a core foundation to innovate member care access.
• Drive rapid, data-informed trade-off decisions to balance speed and quality.
• Champion a member-first perspective to ensure cohesive product experiences.
• Communicate strategic recommendations and progress clearly to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in B2C digital products.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Technical fluency to discuss complex topics with engineering and data teams.
• AI fluency with a practical understanding of AI tools for product development.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in KPIs like activation, engagement, and retention.
• Location: Must be based in Europe and possess a valid EU visa if in Portugal.
