What you will do

• Own the vision and roadmap for the ROI platform, including shared services and foundational data systems.
• Define and prioritize platform capabilities to enable multiple product teams to deliver value at scale.
• Partner with engineering to ensure platform reliability, performance, and observability.
• Drive continuous improvement of core systems, data models, and integration frameworks.
• Translate complex technical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear product strategy.
• Define and track platform health metrics, including system availability and integration performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5–7+ years of product management experience in platform products or infrastructure systems.
• Strong experience working with engineering teams on APIs, data platforms, or distributed architectures.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and translate stakeholder needs into executable roadmaps.
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries like finance or insurance is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
