What you will do
- Build and strengthen relationships with top-tier creators to drive platform engagement and retention.
- Develop category-specific educational resources and share industry insights to empower the creator community.
- Establish partnerships with creative institutions to expand the referral pipeline.
- Represent the company at industry events, press appearances, and community development sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue, retention, and growth targets.
- Act as an internal champion for creator needs, providing feedback to improve product features and user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Design & Technology.
- Must be based in the UK or specific US states (CA, CO, CT, GA, IL, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, OR, SC, VA, VT, WA).
- Strong network of connections within the creative community.
- Demonstrated ability to execute strategic plans that deliver data-driven results.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for small and large groups.
- Ability to independently assess project quality, innovation, and creativity.

- Experience as a creator, entrepreneur, or previous project lead.
