What you will do
- Build and lead a disciplined commercial growth system targeting major US studios, streamers, and networks.
- Map and open new relationships within large client organizations to secure agency-of-record and long-term partnerships.
- Take AI transformation services to market by identifying operational pain points and selling diagnostic engagements.
- Lead and direct an AI-first marketing team to produce research, content, and pitch materials.
- Manage the full pipeline, including CRM discipline, proposal narratives, and pitch coordination.
- Represent the agency as a credible commercial ambassador at industry events and networking meetings in Los Angeles.
Requirements
- Significant business development or commercial leadership experience in an agency, entertainment, or media environment.
- Existing relationships or credible access within the Los Angeles entertainment and marketing ecosystem.
- Proven ability to lead complex pitches, RFPs, and commercial negotiations.
- Genuine appetite to engage deeply with strategy, creative production, and AI transformation services.
- Must be based in or within easy reach of Los Angeles for regular in-person client relationship building.
- High-agency mindset with the ability to turn uncertainty into momentum.
