Location: Remote (United States). Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident due to ITAR/EAR export control regulations.
Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 base per year.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end commercial sales pipeline from identification to closing.
- Identify and develop target verticals including port authorities, offshore energy, and subsea telecom.
- Create GTM positioning, pricing strategies, and commercial terms for non-government buyers.
- Lead customer engagements, including technical discussions and pilot program scoping.
- Build channel partnerships, reseller relationships, and strategic alliances.
- Provide market intelligence to leadership to influence product development.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in maritime business development or enterprise sales.
- Strong professional network in shipping, oil & gas, offshore wind, or subsea telecom.
- Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
- Ability to manage complex procurement processes with institutional buyers.
- Comfort discussing sensor technology, data analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Willingness to travel 25–40% domestically and internationally.
Nice to have
- Direct sales experience with port authorities or maritime logistics operators.
- Knowledge of maritime sensors or subsea technology.
- Experience working in a startup or growth-stage tech company.
