What you will do
- Partner with sales and client service teams to optimize performance and refine growth processes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships across e-commerce and Amazon ecosystems.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies and thought leadership content.
- Manage and maximize Pipedrive CRM to streamline reporting and conversion efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and podcasts to build brand visibility.
- Oversee contract strategy, service positioning, and negotiations to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
- 3+ years in business development roles within e-commerce.
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon or marketing agency environments.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on experience building partnerships and managing key accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
