What you will do
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty trucks and off-road equipment.
- Oversee high-impact programs, including incentive initiatives, research, and commercialization projects.
- Collaborate with policy teams and external stakeholders to advance regulatory frameworks for electrification.
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, fleets, utilities, and government agencies.
- Provide executive oversight of project budgets, timelines, and portfolio performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program managers and technical experts.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Studies, or Business Administration required.
- 10+ years of experience in the medium- and heavy-duty vehicle or commercial off-road equipment sector.
- 7+ years of experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience managing clean transportation programs and zero-emission vehicle deployments.
