Salary: $117,300 – $176,000

What you will do

• Define detailed product specifications and communicate expectations to global vendors for quotation and development.
• Manage project schedules and drive multiple parallel tasks to timely completion with a sense of urgency.
• Oversee quality assurance and product testing, updating protocols to ensure long-term reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Sourcing, Merchant, and Asia-based teams.
• Analyze product complaints and customer reviews to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to factories and SQEs on mechanical and electrical principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Physical Science.
• 7+ years of direct experience in product development.
• Proficiency in CAD and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
• Knowledge of UL, CSA, and other regulatory standards for product design.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including frequent travel to supplier manufacturing sites in China.
• English proficiency required for professional communication with executives and international vendors.
