What you will do

• Develop and manage the Trucks & Off-Road Initiative Strategy, including OKRs, KPIs, and operational plans.
• Oversee a portfolio of demonstration initiatives, fleet engagement efforts, and incentive programs.
• Advance policy and regulatory frameworks in collaboration with internal teams and industry stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Development to secure new funding and expand relationships with manufacturers, fleets, and government agencies.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of program managers and technical experts.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, public events, and technical convenings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Studies, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of experience in the medium- and heavy-duty vehicle or commercial off-road equipment sector.
• 7+ years of program and project management experience overseeing complex initiatives.
• 5+ years of business development and partnership cultivation experience.
• Strong understanding of policy, regulatory, and market drivers impacting zero-emission vehicle deployment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with utility electrification, specifically drayage and long-haul applications.
• Technical publishing, speaking, and presentation experience.
• Familiarity with modeling, business case analysis, and vehicle performance assessment.
