What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and train engineers; provide guidance to support delivery of electrical design work.
• Develop electrical system designs based on project scope and client RFPs, covering multiple market types.
• Conduct existing building surveys and document existing electrical systems.
• Create system design calculations, select equipment for building applications, and write/edit project specifications.
• Prepare detailed design documents, reports, and studies; perform code compliance research.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, perform QA/QC of design work, and provide construction administration services while acting as primary client contact.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical design.
• Familiarity with codes, standards, and design guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and engineering calculation/performance simulation software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-discipline team environment and prioritize effectively under shifting deadlines.

Salary: $100,000 - $145,000 USD per year
