What you will do

  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities across North America in industrial automation and motion control.
  • Build and execute a territory-based prospecting strategy to identify decision-makers within target OEMs and end users.
  • Generate pipeline through high-volume outreach including cold calling, email campaigns, and trade show prospecting.
  • Own the sales cycle from first contact to close, partnering with engineering to position solutions against customer requirements.
  • Track all prospecting activity and pipeline status in CRM to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Travel 30-40% across North America to meet prospects and build market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales or business development experience in industrial or technical B2B environments.
  • Proven hunter mentality with experience in self-generated lead activity.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% across North America.
