What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Discovery and Delivery initiatives for complex product challenges.
• Design intuitive experiences for multichannel service workflows to reduce friction.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
• Map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve product value perception.
• Influence product roadmap decisions using data, research insights, and structured design arguments.
• Contribute to design culture by sharing knowledge and supporting team development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Solid experience as a Product Designer across the full Discovery and Delivery lifecycle.
• Experience designing Web products with complex business rules and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of UX Research methods and information architecture.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, or design process optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience working in SaaS B2B environments.
• Experience contributing to Design Systems or improving design maturity.
• Active participation in design communities, mentoring, or open-source initiatives.
