What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for the website, including information architecture, UX flows, and conversion optimization.
• Design and iterate on landing pages, marketing assets, sales materials, and campaign visuals.
• Lead UX design efforts for product experiences, translating complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design reviews to ground decisions in user behavior.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation and consistent design quality.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems while evolving the brand identity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in product, UX, web, and brand design with a strong portfolio.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and modern design workflows.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and design-to-engineering handoff processes.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, or high-growth startup environments.
• Ability to build design systems from scratch and comfort using AI tools for design iteration.
