What you will do

• Lead continuous product discovery by conducting user interviews and validating product assumptions.
• Design user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.
• Plan and execute moderated usability tests to evaluate user experience and improve product solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define hypotheses and support backlog refinement.
• Apply AI-powered tools to streamline UX research, generate insights, and optimize design documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co-creation activities with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer.
• Strong expertise in Figma, including prototyping, components, and design systems.
• Experience using Maze for usability testing and hypothesis validation.
• Solid background in UX Research, including user interviews and analysis.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model with on-site presence two days per week in Pinheiros, São Paulo.
• Ability to balance user needs with strategic business goals and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
