What you will do

• Drive user experience and design strategy for a key product area.
• Lead end-to-end design processes from initial ideation and wireframing to high-fidelity execution.
• Champion user-centered design principles and act as the primary voice of the user.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to transform complex problems into elegant solutions.
• Refine and maintain UI pattern libraries and design guidelines.
• Validate solutions through prototyping, user research, and usability testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing UI/UX for web and mobile products, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Proven ability to simplify complex challenges into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• High level of written and verbal English required.
