TL;DR

Product Designer (Edtech): Designing end-to-end user experiences for a connected educational ecosystem with an accent on scalability, accessibility, and intuitive interaction. Focus on translating complex problems into clear user flows and evolving the Design System across multiple products.

Location: Remote, must be based in Brazil

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end product design projects from discovery and problem definition through to delivery and implementation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate assumptions and inform design decisions.
  • Translate complex problems into clear user flows, journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the Design System across multiple products and features.
  • Act as a design reference within the team, supporting and mentoring junior designers.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Product Designer working on digital products.
  • Proven ability to independently lead complex design projects end-to-end.
  • Strong expertise in UX, UI, information architecture, and user flows.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, execution quality, and impact.

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or fintech environments.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices.
  • Experience contributing to or evolving Design Systems.
  • Familiarity with agile environments, experimentation frameworks, and product metrics.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers.
