What you will do

• Lead discovery and delivery initiatives, adapting design processes to meet squad needs and product challenges.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex web product flows to reduce friction in critical customer journeys.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing to support data-driven product decisions.
• Map user journeys and identify opportunities to increase product value perception.
• Influence product strategy and roadmaps through structured design recommendations and metric analysis.
• Apply AI-powered tools to optimize research, ideation, and prototyping workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Solid experience as a Product Designer across the full Discovery and Delivery lifecycle.
• Proven experience designing web platforms with complex business rules and user journeys.
• Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and service design practices.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Ability to influence product decisions using research findings and clear design rationale.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS B2B products.
• Experience contributing to Design Systems or improving design maturity.
