What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for high-impact internal and provider-facing healthcare platforms.
• Conduct deep user discovery, research, and workflow mapping to identify operational pain points.
• Translate complex data structures and systems into intuitive and actionable user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and Figma workflows, including prototyping and design QA.
• Contribute to design culture through documentation and peer critiques.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design or UX with a portfolio of shipped high-impact work.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience designing for complex domains such as enterprise tools, B2B SaaS, or workflow-heavy systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including systems thinking and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their design implications.
• Ability to lead projects independently in ambiguous environments.
