What you will do

  • Recruit 1099 captive agents by partnering with regional and district leaders to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Appcast, Wall Street Jobs, and referrals.
  • Drive high recruiting activity by generating at least 25 qualified candidate conversations per week and advancing 7–8 candidates weekly to Field Leader interviews.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and appointment.
  • Coordinate candidate scheduling on partner recruiters’ calendars and serve as the primary point of contact with consistent communication.
  • Track and report recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, interview conversions, and hiring results; analyze sourcing effectiveness for process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, sales, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting recruiting metrics and annual hiring goals (including appointment of at least 40 agents per year).
  • Strong communication, organization, and candidate relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
