What you will do

• Track and analyze sourcing metrics like response rates and conversion data to improve outcomes.
• Learn new roles quickly by researching talent markets and mastering role-specific terminology.
• Represent the company mission and values to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem, Ashby, or Greenhouse.
• Must maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
• Ability to write clear, thoughtful outreach and iterate based on data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Applied AI fluency to accelerate workflows and solve problems.
