What you will do
- Build targeted candidate pipelines using research, referrals, and creative search strategies.
- Conduct consistent weekly outreach to passive talent with personalized messaging.
- Partner with recruiters to calibrate on profiles and refine sourcing strategies based on feedback.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics like response rates and conversion data to improve outcomes.
- Learn new roles quickly by researching talent markets and mastering role-specific terminology.
- Represent the company mission and values to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem, Ashby, or Greenhouse.
- Must maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
- Ability to write clear, thoughtful outreach and iterate based on data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Applied AI fluency to accelerate workflows and solve problems.
