What you will do

• Provide timely technical support for user and client requests across bureaus and head office.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, and mobile devices using endpoint management tools.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD accounts, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Implement automation and scripting to improve support processes and handle repeatable tasks.
• Support endpoint security, including antivirus/EDR alerts, MFA, and device compliance.
• Provide technical support for critical business events such as elections and budget days.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Three to five years of IT support experience.
• Strong experience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

Nice to have

• French-language skills.
• Certifications in A+, Microsoft, or cybersecurity.
• Experience or interest in AI-enabled tools and automation.
