Salary: 90,000 - 140,000 CAD

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable Microsoft 365 and collaboration solutions aligned with the enterprise technology roadmap.
• Engineer and operate services including Teams, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Intune, and Graph API integrations.
• Manage standardized Windows 10/11 endpoint platforms, including imaging, deployment, and in-place upgrades.
• Implement endpoint security baselines, compliance policies, and desktop hardening standards.
• Develop PowerShell automation for configuration, reporting, and overall operational efficiency.
• Partner with networking, security, and support teams to ensure solutions are supportable and aligned.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on M365, identity, and endpoint engineering.
• Reliability Security Clearance (Government of Canada) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and Windows 10/11 deployment strategies.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• University degree or college diploma in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of identity management, SSO, LDAP/LDAPS, and PKI/certificate services.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, OSFI/OFSI).
• Working knowledge of endpoint security tooling such as BitLocker.
