What you will do

• Lead the implementation, deployment, and configuration of applications in customer environments.
• Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, and database modifications to resolve issues.
• Respond to and resolve customer support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Identify and automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency.
• Support cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure, ensuring security and performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in British Columbia, Canada.
• Experience supporting cloud-based (Azure) and on-premise environments.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide off-hours support as required to maintain service availability.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate operational documentation and records.
• Experience with database updates and system configuration.
