TL;DR
Senior IT Technical Support Specialist (IT Support): Providing technical support and improving the technology experience for a global workforce with an accent on endpoint management, identity access, and hardware lifecycle processes. Location: Must be based in Toronto and able to work on-site at least three days per week.
Salary: C$92,160 – C$115,200 CAD

What you will do
- Provide global technical support, including troubleshooting, resolution, and documentation of IT issues.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device preparation and account provisioning.
- Support endpoint devices, SaaS applications, collaboration tools, and identity platforms.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and asset records across IT systems.
- Partner with Security and vendors to manage access controls and hardware service requests.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to support processes and tooling.
Requirements
- Experience supporting employees in a corporate, SaaS, or multi-location environment.
- Proficiency in managing corporate devices, including deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with identity platforms like Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace.
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Jamf, Kandji, or SCCM.
- Knowledge of IT service management practices, ticketing systems, and incident management.
- Must be able to work on-site in Toronto at least three days per week.
