Location: Onsite - 5 days in office (Toronto, Canada)

Salary: 70,000 CAD – 90,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users, including VIPs and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage Windows 11 and Mac OS builds to maintain user experience and security, including hardware lifecycle management.
  • Administer Okta for identity and access management and support Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Utilize Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf for device configuration, profile creation, scripting, and deployment.
  • Ensure all endpoints and images meet corporate security and compliance standards.
  • Maintain and support AV and video conferencing equipment to ensure reliable meetings.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Toronto and work onsite 5 days a week.
  • Experience supporting Windows 11 and Mac OS X, including troubleshooting and deployment.
  • Proficiency with deployment tools such as Autopilot, Jamf, Manage Engine, or Microsoft Intune.
  • Expertise in administering Okta and the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts and experience with helpdesk systems like Jira.
