Legal Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Base salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year. Stock options may be offered separately.

What you will do

• Track and forecast changes in applicable US and international laws and regulations.
• Analyze regulatory developments and report their impact on hirify.global’s business, products, and customers.
• Support in-house counsel with contracting processes and legal research.
• Research and schedule legal education for the legal team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, executives, and other cross-functional teams.
• Improve legal operations through research, contract-management, education, and other technology tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent reading comprehension, analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in understanding laws and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Demonstrated success in a competitive environment and motivation to learn and contribute.
