What you will do

• Structure, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts including SaaS agreements, technology licenses, and NDAs.
• Develop and refine templates, playbooks, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability within the legal function.
• Provide strategic legal advice on IP, privacy, and evolving regulatory frameworks related to AI products and LLMs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Agent Development teams to support revenue growth.
• Exercise sound judgment to manage legal risk in a high-growth, hyperscaling business environment.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of legal experience, combining top-tier law firm practice and in-house tech company roles.
• Strong background in negotiating complex commercial contracts, specifically within SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with privacy and security contracting, including DPAs, BAAs, and security agreements.
• Deep understanding of AI products, LLMs, and related legal nuances.
• Experience working at a high-growth startup.
